All services are subject to availability and acceptance by our team. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial expectations. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if material costs or labor requirements change significantly.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule installation, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of warranty coverage.
Warranties and Guarantees
Our artificial grass products come with manufacturer warranties that vary by product type. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability
TurfLine Georgetown Artificial Grass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
